When I met Samantha I was around 5 months pregnant with my first child. I was very particular and stubborn about what I wanted in a home and had high expectations for my price range. I kept an eye on Redfin and Zillow for listings that were within my preferences. Everytime one was listed, Samantha got ahold of me, sending me links, and offering to show it when I was available if I was interested. After months of searching, we closed on our home at the end of February 2017 when my daughter was 1 month old. I'm confident and happy with the purchase. Samantha always made sure she took good care of us, that we were informed, and received all the pieces of information we asked for prior to any deal being made. Throughout the process, she stayed patient and educated us on the buying process and things we should look out for. I don't think any other realtor could have done what she did so skillfully. She is truly an exceptional person and professional business woman.
